Inspect the operation condition of fan (centrifugal fan, high temperature fan, mine fan, roof fan, fan model selection and axial-flow fan). It is important to wash the air cooler and wetted pad air cooler. The prompt washing could prolong its service life and guarantee its normal operation.
1. Upon the washing of the water trough of air cooler, open the drain value at first. If there is more sediment of dust and sundries in the water trough, take out the sundries at first, then wash it with tap water.
2. The washing of filter screen refers to the washing of wetted pad often mentioned by us. Tear down the wetted pad and wash it with the tap water. If there are difficultly-washed matters on the wetted pad, soak the wetted pad with the tap water, then spray the air conditioning cleaning agent on the wetted pad, and wash with tap water after soakage.
3. Wetted pad air cooler shall be maintained in case of failing to be used for a long time. Firstly, switch off the valve of water source of air cooler, dismantle the wetted pad, empty the water in the water tank, and wash the water tank. After cleaning, reinstall the wetted pad, start up and conduct the air supply air for about 10 minutes for the main purpose of drying the wetted pad, and switch off the main power of air cooler.
4. Eliminate the unpleasant smell in the air cooler. After the air cooler is used for a period of time, if you don't maintain the air cooler well, the unpleasant smell will be sent out upon the air delivery. Under this circumstance, the wetted pad and water channel of air cooler shall be washed; If there is still unpleasant smell, add some chlorine disinfectant in the water trough upon the startup of air cooler, and the repeated usage could eliminate the unpleasant smell.
There are the precautions upon the maintenance of industrial air cooler, and the reasonable maintenance could avoid some troubles and fault in the process of usage.
